David Brooks founded the company in 1991 after a successful 17 year career in the General Contracting industry. Prior to moving to Florida in 1988, David worked as a manager and company officer on major projects in the Iowa, Texas and Connecticut markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. He is a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida and serves as the company’s Qualifier. Since its inception, the company has enjoyed a steady growth in both the volume of work performed and in its reputation as a quality builder.
